Dr. Shekhar Pawar is a highly accomplished Founder & CEO with over 14 years of experience in the software industry. He is the Founder & CEO of SecureClaw Inc., a cybersecurity services company based in DE, USA. He is also the Founder & CEO of GrassDew IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a software solutions company that provides software design, development, maintenance, testing, deployment & production support, cyber security services, and telecom solutions. Dr. Pawar completed his doctorate in cybersecurity from the Swiss School of Business and Management (SSBM) in Geneva, Switzerland, and has been working as a lead security auditor for his clients. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional, a Certified Blockchain Developer, and an ISO 27001:2013 Lead Auditor. He is also a Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH), a Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI), and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Dr. Pawar has international work experience in different Microsoft technologies and services and has a proven track record of leadership in the software industry. He has good knowledge of CMMi processes and worked as an Assessment Team Member (ATM) for successful CMMi Level 5 certificate renewal of Capgemini India in 2015. He is an Engineering Graduate and has done Executive Management with specialization in Marketing and HR from SJMSOM, IIT-Bombay. Dr. Pawar is also the author of the book "Air Team Theory," which is about Understanding 10 Types of Team Mates and Best Practices to Succeed. He has good domain knowledge of several areas and is a Microsoft partner company. Currently, Dr. Pawar is the Inventor of Business Domain Specific Least Cybersecurity Controls Implementation (BDSLCCI) at SecureClaw, which is a step-wise and business priority specific cybersecurity framework for an organization. Each organization has different critical assets, and he helps organizations with a good cybersecurity posture.
